The Topography of Corruption and Lack of Transparency in Angola – Report

Angola has launched, in recent years, a broad and ambitious program to combat corruption and promote transparency, which is very good for attracting Norwegian investors and the world in general.

“ In this report, the word Topography is used to describe the place, the paths, the signs and the way in which corruption manifests itself in the Angolan public administration. The way in which political elites and public managers practice acts of corruption, using the public treasury and the public office they hold for personal benefit, their families and friends.
