The Association for the Good of Angola – PRO BONO ANGOLA has followed with immense concern the numerous and constant anonymous complaints (some even known), coming from various sectors of Angolan society, related to the person of Dr. Joel Leonardo, who, in his de Venerando Judge Counselor President of the Supreme Court has the immense responsibility of guiding his conduct based on the highest ethical, deontological and statutory principles that arise from the role of judge (public morality, irreproachability, ethics, probity, duty of reserve) and which, in turn have constitutional roots.
